The European Parliament requests more public information regarding the use of nanomaterials in consumer goods and more thorough assessment tools for dealing with the risks and consequences of human exposure to nanomaterials.
The MEPs demands the Commission to consider revising some resolutions contained in the REACH regulation as well as in the worker protection legislation. 391 members of the parliament voted in favour of issuing this requests.
